This Consensus Paper from the International Expert Wound Care Advisory Panel discusses key concepts for understanding the legal issues involved in today’s care of patients with pressure ulcers.  “The panel identified specific areas of exposure and ways which health care workers can reduce their risk.”  Eight key areas of vulnerability for institutions are identified and described.
